From our experience with using AGILE and DSDM concepts, our CEO has developed a tried and tested methodology that works: CALM.
Firstly, we take Control of the situation in all aspects. A2D takes full ownership of the problem; personally embedding a member of our team within your company to establish why and how things are going wrong. We prioritise and use business intelligence to ensure control and governance is established throughout planning to delivery.
Next we Assess. With clear communication and a calm manner, we define the problem, and assess what solution is required. A2D is passionate about getting the challenge right first time, and therefore we are meticulous in our work. Alongside this, we also look at the wider impact to the business, especially with regards to reputation and risk which, if handled incorrectly or dismissed, can have a hugely detrimental effect on the business. This is something that in-house project managers are sometimes unable to do. Throughout this stage we provide the project owner with a variety of options and solutions that are specifically designed for the business.
We then provide Leadership. A specialist and innate trait that is what truly makes the difference.
